Bedroom two overlooks the gardens and has a double bed, it shares the main bathroom with bedroom three with twin beds and overlooks the gardens and the sea.

From the livingroom there is a staircase to access the huge roof terrace with amazing views for miles down the coast. It faces South and West and you can enjoy complete privacy and relaxing times on the loungers, or prepare some food at the outdoor kitchen which has a food preparation area, a gas hob and a gas barbeque. There is also a 6 seater dining table sheltered from the sun under a pergola with natural screening from two old pine trees. Or simply enjoy a quiet evening chilling out with a glass of wine watching the sunset whilst listening to the sound of the sea gently lapping on the beach.

The charming town of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, chiringuitos, shopping and a marina, and the old fishing village of Sabinillas is a 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk along the beachside paseo.
