This newly renovated apartment has a fantastic view over three countries (Spain, Gibraltar and Morocco) and two continents (Europe and Africa).
Since the terrace facing west, you can experience stunning sunsets, perhaps accompanied by a glass of Rioja and a few tapas.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which consists of a double bed and the other is used as a study room.
In the large common area there is a kitchen, a dining and sitting area with TV.
The sofa is a sofa bed.
The apartment has the best possible location, just down by the marina and all restaurants, cafes and bars.
On Sundays 10-14.00 there is a market in the port and especially during the summer months it’s very popular.
Estepona’s best beach “Playa de Cristo” is just a few hundred meters away.
For those interested in golf, there are a couple of really good golf courses just a few minutes drive away, for example, Valle Romano, Estepona Golf.
This accommodation is suitable for those who want everything “around the corner” and not least the magnificent view!
