The apartment is bright and with full comfort. It’s comprised of an open plan living/dining area that leads to a modernized fully fitted kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony, fitted with a dining table. Overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and sunny most of the day, this is a great place for breakfast/lunch/dinner but also enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying a good book. There are 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds and both bathrooms has a shower. There is air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi & Smart-TV is available during your stay.
Costalita is a gated complex with beautifully landscaped gardens, direct beach access and a magnificent large swimming pool.
When accessing the beach you will find that there is a boardwalk that allows you to stroll alongside the beach for nice morning or sunset walks and jogs. Also, you will find that there are several great beach restaurants and bars within just a few minutes walk.
Costalita has easy access to the main road which takes you to Marbella and Puerto Banús marina in one direction. Going the other way takes you to Estepona. Both ways it is just a 10-minute drive away.
Furthermore, you are just 500m away from the prestigious Villa Padierna Golf Resort with famous golf courses and Beach and Racquet Club.

Late arrivals will be charged with 30€ in cash at check-in between 23:00-07:00.

Bed linen, towels and departure cleaning are included in the prices.
