Spectacular views and a fantastic location in Estepona
We are happy to offer the opportunity to rent a rare beachfront apartment in the scenic town of Estepona.
The apartment has been totally renovated in light and modern Scandinavian style. It boasts a great location. The one bedroom apartment is only 15 meters from La Rada beach and no more than a few minutes walk to the beautiful Old Town with its white alleys, floral splendor and vast choices of restaurants.
Lovers of spectacular ocean views will appreciate the living room’s beach view and the bedroom’s long view that stretches all the way to Gibraltar.
The apartment is bright with an open floor plan. It features
– A sizeable hallway with a desk ideal for computer work
– A bedroom with two comfortable beds
– A bathroom with washing machine and shower cabin
– A spacious fully equipped kitchen with a French balcony
– A large living room with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. In addition, there is a bay window space where our guests can enjoy a long drink with a beach view.
Imagine a normal day in this apartment: breakfast as the sun rises or simply drinking coffee on the two-person terrace. Then, after spending time on the beach, you might have lunch along the beach promenade. Finally, why not have dinner in the Old Town accompanied with a mild breeze as the sun sets. How´s that for quality of life?
There are also many places of interest in and outside Estepona. The town is known as the garden of Costa del Sol and it has the world’s largest collection of orchids (at Orchidarium) and many interesting murals.
Outside Estepona there are world-class sights such as Gibraltar, the Moor palace Alhambra and the mountain village of Ronda. Nearby you might want to visit Marbella and Puerto Banus, which together with Estepona make up what is often called the New Golden Mile. Golf players will have a wonderful time in the area, exploring courses like Estepona Golf and Valle Romano Golf. For motorists there is a large subterranean car park nearby the apartment.
