In the master bedroom, with a double bed you’ll find a en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has one single bed and a home office space. The kitchen is fully equpied for a functional holiday. The balcony is facing south-west and it means lovely sunsets with mountain siluettes every evening! The living area comprises of a dining table with four-five chairs and a comfortable sofa. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you’ll find the large community swimming pool a short walk from the property. A car is not necessary during your stay but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. “Las Mesas Centro Deportivo” is just a 3 minutes walk away and the center offers both Padel Tennis and Gym (indoors/outdoors)! All in all, a great family apartment close to all needed for a great vacation!
