It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,shops and amenities.
As you enter the house you see the large open living room with dining area and a fully equiped kitchen. You have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the same floor.
On the second floor you have one more bedroom, one more bathroom and a lounge area with beds and kitchen for the terrace usage. There is a BBQ and a huge dinner area on the lower terrace. On the roof terrace you have a unique view over most part of Estepona, incl mountain views while enjoying a glass of vino tinto.
All rooms are air conditioned, the temperature can be regulated individually in each room.
Imagine a normal day in this apartment: breakfast as the sun rises or simply drinking coffee on the top floor terrace. Then, after spending time on the beach, you might have lunch along the beach promenade. Finally, why not have dinner in the Old Town accompanied with a mild breeze as the sun sets. How´s that for quality of life?
There are also many places of interest in and outside Estepona. The town is known as the garden of Costa del Sol and it has the world’s largest collection of orchids (at Orchidarium) and many interesting murals.
Outside Estepona there are world-class sights such as Gibraltar, the Moor palace Alhambra and the mountain village of Ronda. Nearby you might want to visit Marbella and Puerto Banus, which together with Estepona make up what is often called the New Golden Mile. Golf players will have a wonderful time in the area, exploring courses like Estepona Golf and Valle Romano Golf.

Bed linen, towels and departure cleaning are included in the prices.
