This beautiful accommodation has an excellent location at “Balcón de Benavista” overlooking the Mediterranean and within walking distance to the El Paraiso Golf clubhouse. The house consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms with generous areas for socializing inside as well as outside. The house has two terraces with both dining table and lounge areas. There is a communal pool in this well-kept community called “Altos del Paraiso”. The house is fully equipped for an amazing holiday for golfers and/or families who sets high demands on good comfort. There is parking space in front of the house and I would prefer a car while staying at this house, although almost everything is within walking distance. There are also two high-class tennis/padel facilities (“Club de Tenis y Padel Bel-Air” and “RozaRossa”) just a few minutes drive away. This extra ordinary townhouse is perfect for those who sets high demands on the standard of the accommodation and it has to be booked well in advance!
